2. What the platform offers
Pin pe Harta is a real estate listing search platform with map-based viewing, advanced filtering and an AI-based assistant. The service is for informational purposes. Pin pe Harta is not a real estate agency, does not intermediate transactions and is not a party to any contract between users, owners or agents.
3. Your account
- Certain features require an account. You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials confidential and for the activity in your account.
- The data provided at registration must be real and up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You undertake not to:
- extract data automatically (scraping), overload or disrupt the service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- use the platform for illegal, fraudulent purposes or purposes that infringe the rights of others;
- post false, deceptive content or content that violates the law.
5. Listing data
Listings and the associated information (price, surface, location, features, etc.) come largely from third-party and public sources. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or legality of listings and are not responsible for content posted by third parties. Always verify the information directly at the source before making a decision.
6. The AI assistant and price estimates
The conversational assistant and value estimates (“Valuation”, price range, degree of under/overvaluation) are automatically generated and are purely informative and indicative in nature. They may contain errors or inaccuracies and do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice or an ANEVAR-authorized valuation. Any decision to buy, sell, rent or finance is yours and is made at your own responsibility. We recommend consulting qualified professionals.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, interface, trademarks, code and owned content belong to Pin pe Harta or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit them without our written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pin pe Harta is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the information in the platform. No provision of these terms limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Romanian and EU legislation.

10. Modification and discontinuation of the service
